Woodstock acquires LochAnna Kitchens
Woodco Group, trading as Woodstock Trading Co. has acquired 100% of Faith Furniture Company Ltd (the parent company of LochAnna Kitchens) from Founder and Managing Director, Paul Jenkinson and the other shareholders.
LochAnna Kitchens is in its 10th year of trading and during this time has become a well-respected and trusted brand amongst its dealer network. Through the hard work, commitment, and experience of its loyal team, LochAnna has steadily grown and now delivers more than 200 beautiful kitchens per month to a network of 100 dealers across the UK.
Known for its dedication to the independent “KBB” retailers, LochAnna will continue to serve and drive excellence in this area of the industry. After 40 years, Paul Jenkinson hasn’t lost any passion for the industry but in planning for his future he wanted to find a like-minded business to take LochAnna Kitchens on the next phase of its journey.

Based in Bolton, the LochAnna team will continue to manage customer and supplier relationships meaning customers will see very few changes in 2024. Paul Jenkinson will stay involved in the business to help guide product strategy and customer relationships. The LochAnna Design Centre in Bolton, which first launched in 2022, will remain an open and valuable resource for the business as well as trade customers and consumers.
