Our reliable team are committed to delivering hands-on assistance throughout the process, from product selection through to responsive support. Plus, our Representative Support Team are on-hand to provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team.

Customer Success

Our dedicated Customer Success team are your first port of call. They process orders, ensuring compatibility with your existing offering, a service unique in the industry. Available via email and phone, they handle general enquiries and have specialised Technical, Displays, and Aftersales sub-teams for technical issues or product problems, who also manage display installations for our clients.

Marketing

Our Marketing team is responsible for all aspects of marketing across the business. The varied roles within the team include PR and Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). They work closely with R&D and Sales to promote our brands and products.

Research & Development

Our in-house R&D design and source all of our products and are constantly looking to stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies. They ensure that all of our products are sourced only from the highest-quality manufacturers from across the UK and Europe.

Warehouse 

The Warehouse division operates tirelessly with Day and Night shifts, ensuring our operations are seamless 24/7. Tasked with comprehensive warehousing duties, they handle order fulfilment, inventory control, and the meticulous preparation of delivery vehicles.

Transport

Our Transport department boasts a fleet of adept van and Class 2 drivers, covering the entirety of the UK with extensive delivery routes. They maintain an impressive 95% delivery rate for UK Mainland orders using our own fleet, reflecting their high skill level and our commitment to providing end-to-end support for our retailers.

Installations 

Our Installations team, comprising expert bathroom installers and builders traverse the country to set up displays for our retail partners. They deliver exemplary service and coordinate closely with our TDA team at the head office to ensure excellence in execution.

Purchasing

The Purchasing unit is the backbone of our supply chain, consistently securing stock availability over 99% for our product range. The team includes purchasing coordinators who collaborate closely with our warehouse staff, ensuring inventory is managed with precision and our industry-leading stock levels are maintained.

IT

Our expert IT team maintain all of the company hardware and software to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are on hand every day for technical support and to assist with any data-led requirements throughout the business. The team consists of IT Technicians as well as Data Analysts.

Finance

Our Finance department are responsible for all aspects of the business finance. The team is made up of Accountants and Credit Controllers who look after everything from accounts payable, to departmental budgets.

SHEQ and Compliance

Our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Team are responsible for all aspects of workplace health and safety. They are also responsible for product quality control, ensuring only flawless stock enters our warehouse.

The People Department

Our HR team, known as ‘The People Department’ look after every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to training, whilst also promoting the Woodstock values and culture.
